National achievements exhibition extended until mid-September
VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has deciđe that the National Achievements Exhibition at the Viet Nam Exposition Center in Ha Noi shall remain open until September 15 due to overwhelming public interest and record attendance.

The above move aims to give more residents and visitors the chance to explore Viet Nam's 80-year journey of growth and development.
The exhibition, themed "80 Years of Independence, Freedom, Happiness," was originally set to close on September 5. Since opening on August 28, it has become a focal point of national celebrations, drawing huge crowds, particularly during the National Day holiday from August 30 to September 2.
Within just three days, over 1.2 million people visited the National Exhibition Center in Ha Noi's Dong Anh commune, underscoring the exhibition's strong public appeal and wide-reaching impact across society.
The event not only honors history and highlights the remarkable achievements of the Party, State, and people over eight decades of nation-building and development, but also helps nurture patriotic traditions, reinforce public trust in the country's renewal and sustainable development policies, and promote the image of a dynamic, innovative Viet Nam deeply engaged with the international community.
It also offers citizens a meaningful opportunity to directly experience and take pride in the country's progress.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was tasked to work with ministries, local authorities, and relevant agencies to review and prepare all necessary conditions for the exhibition and related activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, security, safety, and environmental protection./.
