Exhibition marking 80th anniversary of Viet Nam's National Day opens
VGP - An exhibition marking the 80th anniversary of Viet Nam's National Day opened at Viet Nam Exposition Center in Ha Noi's Dong Anh Commune on August 28.

The event, themed "80-Year Journey of Independence–Freedom–Happiness", is open daily from August 28 to September 5.
Dignitaries to the opening ceremony include General Secretary To Lam, former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man and former Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
The exhibition showcases the outstanding achievements of the nation over the last 80 years of construction and development in various fields, especially in priority areas such as industry–technology, investment–trade, agriculture–rural development, security–national defense, foreign affairs, healthcare, education, culture, sports, and tourism.
The exhibition also highlights Viet Nam's achievements in promoting green transition and digital transformation, aerospace and aviation industry, security and defense industry and cultural industries.
The total exhibition area, both indoor and outdoor, covers approximately 250,900 square meters./.
