The MoH announced that 33 localities were at low risk level including Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong which were hotspots of the fourth wave of COVID-19 resurgence in Viet Nam.

Seven localities were listed among the group of  high ris level namely Hai Phong, Thua Thien-Hue, Binh Dinh, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Hau Giang and Vinh Long.

Under Resolution No. 128, the four levels of pandemic risk are as follows: Level 1: low-risk (new normal) – labeled green; Level 2: medium-risk – labeled yellow; Level 3: high-risk – labeled orange and Level 4: very high-risk – labeled red.
