The MoH announced that 33 localities were at low risk level including Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong which were hotspots of the fourth wave of COVID-19 resurgence in Viet Nam.

Meanwhile, 23 other localities remained at medium risk level including Ha Noi and Da Nang.

Seven localities were listed among the group of  high ris level namely Hai Phong, Thua Thien-Hue, Binh Dinh, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Hau Giang and Vinh Long.

None of localities was positioned at the Level 4 - Very high risk.

Under Resolution No. 128, the four levels of pandemic risk are as follows: Level 1: low-risk (new normal) – labeled green; Level 2: medium-risk – labeled yellow; Level 3: high-risk – labeled orange and Level 4: very high-risk – labeled red.
