Infographic: Review of Cabinet performance during first 365 days in office
VGP - On April 5, 2021, Pham Minh Chinh was sworn in as new Prime Minister of the Socialist Repubic of Viet Nam.
In his inauguration speech, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed that the Government would continue to uphold the spirit of innovation and the determination, ambition to develop and growth, promote efforts in the prevention and control of the epidemic COVID-19 and highly appreciated by the people and the international community.
Over the past 365 days, under the leadership of the Party, led by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the Government and the Prime Minister together with the whole political system had accomplished important tasks and unexpected duties ( including the COVID-19 outbreak with new strains), laying a long-term foundation for the country to florish in the coming time.
Specifically, the Government led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh focused on two phases with specific priorities.
The first phase from April 5 to October 11, 2021, pandemic containment topped the Government's agenda.
The second phase from Octoober 11, 2021 to present, Viet Nam shifted to flexibly adapt to disease, gradually reopen market, and revitialize the economy with the introduction of Resolution 128.
On this occasion, the VGP selected Top 10 outstanding decisions of the Cabinet in the first tenue year.
