Ten Vietnamese cuisine, specialties set new Asian records
VGP - Ten more Vietnamese culinary dishes and specialties have been recognized as new Asian records by the Asian Record Organization.
The five specialty dishes are: Saigon bread (Ho Chi Minh City); mussel rice (Thua Thien-Hue); Phan Thiet drop hot pot (Binh Thuan); Ninh Hoa grilled spring rolls (Khanh Hoa); noodle soup (Soc Trang)
Meanwhile, the five natural specialties and gift specialties include: Vong village green rice (Ha Noi city); potato deo (Quang Binh); sesame truffle (Thua Thien–Hue); Da Lat strawberry (Lam Dong); Tra Cuon tet cake (Tra Vinh).
Viet Nam has 60 dishes, natural specalities, and local gift specialities recognized as Asian records from 2012 to 2023.
