The Dutch Queen made the above statement during her meeting with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in The Hauge, the Netherlands on Monday.

Queen Maxima commended on Viet Nam's socio-economic development achievements, particularly in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

For his part, Prime Minister Pham reiterated that Viet Nam always treasures the friendship and multi-faceted cooperation with the Netherlands.

He expressed his delight on the effective implementation of the strategic partnerships on climate change and sustainable agriculture, enhancement of trade and investment and expansion of collaboration in potential sectors towards sustainable development and responses to global challenges.

Pham expected that the Royal House of the Netherlands and the Queen would continue support for stronger comprehensive partnership between the two countries, provision of financial support and promotion of technology transfer for Viet Nam to realize the SDGs.

The Prime Minister thanked the Dutch Queen for her valuable assistance for Viet Nam in building the National Comprehensive Financial Strategy, hoping that the Queen would help mobilize resources to assist the country in successfully implementing the strategy.
