At the meeting with Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino Quintero, Pham affirmed that Viet Nam highly values Panama's role and position in Central America and Latin America.

Based on its experience in agriculture and rice production, Viet Nam is willing to share its knowledge and support Panama in food production, particularly rice cultivation.

Pham promised that Viet Nam will create favorable conditions for Panamanian enterprises to invest in the Southeast Asian country.

Viet Nam plays an important role for Panama, noted President Quintero, highlighting the need for the two countries to foster collaboration, particularly in such areas as trade and services.

Both leaders pledged to increase delegation exchanges, particularly at the high level, enhance trade and investment cooperation, and expand collaboration to new fields such as infrastructure, electric vehicles, pharmaceuticals, tourism development, and people-to-people exchanges.
