According to reports from Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Ngai and Lam Dong, floods and heavy rains have caused 22 people injured, 51 houses collapsed or swept away, 122 houses damaged and 128,024 houses flooded.
Ninety communes and wards have been inundated while 4,376 hectares of rice and crops have been submerged or damaged and 16,342 livestock and poultry dead or swept away./.
