Viettel remains Viet Nam's most valuable brand

VGP - The Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) recorded an increase in brand value of 2 percent to US$8.9 billion in 2023, becoming the most valuable brand in Viet Nam for eight consecutive years.

Viet Nam's Top 10 most valuable brands in 2023

Brand Finance, the world's leading brand valuation consulting company announced Viet Nam's top 100 most valuable brands in 2023 in Ha Noi on August 15.

Top 10 most valuable brands in 2023 comprise the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel), the Viet Nam Milk Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk), the Viet Nam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank), the Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (Vinhomes), the Viet Nam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), the Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam (BIDV), Techcombank, the Viet Nam Oil & Gas Company (Petrovietnam) and the Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Industry And Trade (VietinBank).

The value of the Vietnamese national brand increased 11.1 per cent in 2022 to US$431 billion, according to a report from Brand Finance.

With support from the national brand program, many Vietnamese enterprises have invested in building and developing their brands. Most notably, among the top 50 most valuable brands in the country last year were products that have achieved the status of a national brand.

Last year, 48,000 brands from Vietnamese enterprises were registered domestically while only 300 were registered overseas./.
