The two sides expressed their satisfaction with the positive developments in Viet Nam–Singapore relations after being elevated into a comprehensive strategic partnership.

They vowed to effectively implement the action program for the 2025–2030 period and explore the establishment of new cooperation mechanisms, including a strategic dialogue between the two ruling parties.

The two Prime Ministers pledged to continue prioritizing the upgrading of the Viet Nam–Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) network into a second-generation model that is greener, smarter, more inclusive, and more comprehensive, with a view to building 30 VSIPs before 2030 and replicate this successful model among other countries in the region.

Prime Minister Pham highly appreciated the two countries' efforts to carry out surveys for a wind power export project from Viet Nam to Singapore. He also suggested the two sides foster cooperation in the development of small modular nuclear power, and roll out cooperation projects in the fields of carbon credits and food security.

Pham expressed his hope that Singapore would participate in Viet Nam's international financial center in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang and continue to support the country in developing high-quality human resources, making Viet Nam–Singapore relations a model of solidarity, cooperation, and dialogue in the region.

Wong, for his part, emphasized that amid complex regional developments, Singapore expects to work closely with Viet Nam to substantively realize the newly established comprehensive strategic partnership, making it a "beacon" within ASEAN for win-win and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Regarding regional and international issues of mutual concern, the two leaders expressed deep concern over the recent tensions between Cambodia and Thailand, calling on the parties to exercise restraint, refrain from the use of force, engage in dialogue, and resolve differences via peaceful means.

They vowed to closely coordinate with other ASEAN member states to strengthen unity, uphold ASEAN centrality, and leverage ASEAN mechanisms to promote dialogue, thereby contributing to peace, stability, and cooperation in the region.

The two sides also reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing close and effective cooperation when Viet Nam serves as the APEC host and Singapore as the ASEAN Chair in 2027./.
