The two Deputy PMs hailed crucial achievements in the Viet Nam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership, especially within the framework of the Viet Nam-Russia Inter-governmental Committee for economic, trade and scientific-technical cooperation.

They vowed to closely work to implement agreements reached during their senior leaders' meetings and contacts and effectively promote the role of existing dialogue and cooperation mechanisms in favor of each side's sustainable socio-economic development.

Both sides pledged to continue pushing for stronger ties and taking concrete measures to boost trade and investment and take advantages of the Free Trade Agreement between Viet Nam and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

They emphasized the need to step up collaboration in advantageous areas such as oil and gas, energy, tourism, education-training, and science-technology as well as tackle obstacles in carrying out cooperation projects./.
