The talks was held within the framework of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man's official visit to Armenia.

Tran hailed Armenia's advantages in agriculture, agricultural processing, and food industry, suggesting both sides expand collaboration into promising new fields such as digital transformation, emerging technologies, AI, new energy, and clean energy.

Grigoryan, for his part, highlighted the need for greater efforts to enhance transportation connectivity, including measures to reduce logistics costs, enabling goods to access each other's markets.

The host consented with the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister's proposals to remove technical barriers in economic and trade relations between Viet Nam and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). He also expressed willingness to engage in bilateral or multilateral negotiations to address these issues.

Both sides discussed measures to promote transportation connectivity and tourism cooperation between the two countries.

The two sides agreed to expedite the establishment of a joint intergovernmental committee between the two countries to quickly address emerging issues in bilateral economic and trade relations.

There is significant potential for cooperation in tourism and education, they noted, stressing the importance of establishing direct air routes between the two countries, simplifying procedures, and signing agreements on cooperation in education and training./.
