The ceremony was held solemnly, with the participation of 16 newly appointed ambassadors from various countries.
At the ceremony, Pham conveyed greetings from General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, and other senior leaders of the Party and State of Viet Nam to the General Secretary and President of China.
He affirmed his commitment to doing his utmost to promote the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries, ensuring stable, healthy, and sustainable development.
Xi presided over the reception and delivered a welcome speech to the ambassadors.
