Viet Nam, Russia exchange congratulatory letters on 30 years of friendly relations treaty
VGP - Vietnamese and Russian leaders have exchanged congratulatory letters to mark the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on Principles of Friendly Relations between the two nations (June 16).
