Viet Nam, Mongolia sign seven cooperation deals
VGP – Viet Nam and Mongolia have signed seven cooperation deals under the presence of General Secretary and President To Lam and Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh.
These documents are as follows:
- A memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Viet Nam's Ministry of Justice and Mongolia's Ministry of Home Affairs.
- A memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Viet Nam's Ministry of Transport and Mongolia's Ministry of Transport.
- A memorandum of understanding on tourism cooperation between Viet Nam's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Mongolia's Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth.
- An agreement on cybersecurity and crime prevention cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Justice of Viet Nam and Mongolia's Ministry of Home Affairs.
- A memorandum of understanding on strengthening friendly cooperation between the administrations of Ha Noi and Ulaanbaatar.
- A memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Viet Nam's Academy of Science and Technology and Mongolia's Academy of Sciences.
- A memorandum of understanding between the Ha Noi National University of Viet Nam and Mongolia's University of Science and Technology.
General Secretary and President To Lam is on a State visit to Mongolia, the first leg of his tour to three countries from September 30 to October 7.
On the occasion, Vietnamese and Mongolian leaders are expected to announce the elevation of bilateral ties to a comprehensive partnership to open up a new era of practical, effective, comprehensive and long-term cooperation for prosperity and happiness of their peoples./.
