Pham hailed the achievements of bilateral cooperation in many fields, especially the exchange of experiences in the reform of state-owned enterprises, a field of strategic significance for the sustainable economic development of each country, which has made a positive contribution to strengthening the great relationship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Viet Nam and Laos.

Viet Nam stands ready to share experiences in the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises, operation of the legal framework and management processes, as well as methods for capital mobilization and investment management with Laos, said Pham.

He urged the two sides to establish a regular exchange mechanism between relevant agencies, especially the exchange of practical experiences at Viet Nam's state-owned corporations and groups to help provide a comprehensive and in-depth perspective to apply appropriately to Laos's conditions.

Kommasith, for his part, spoke highly of Viet Nam's reform experiences as well as the operation of its state-owned enterprises.

Laos always maintains close cooperation and is willing to learn from Viet Nam's valuable experiences, particularly in the management and development of state-owned enterprises and new governance models, towards building an efficient and sustainable Lao economy, he said./.
