Viet Nam, Finland sign cooperation agreements

The signing ceremony took place following the talks between the two leaders in Helsinki, on October 21, as part of the Vietnamese Party leader's ongoing official visit to Finland.
The signed cooperation documents include:
- A Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation in the fields of environment, biodiversity, and climate change between the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Viet Nam and the Ministry of the Environment of Finland;
- A Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Finance of Viet Nam (MoF) and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland on supporting and promoting the preparation and implementation of projects financed under Finland's Public Sector Investment Facility
- A Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Finance of Viet Nam and Finland's Export Credit Agency./.
