Viet Nam Culture - Food Festival 2023 slated for April 28-30
VGP - Viet Nam Culture - Food Festival 2023, with the theme "National Soul - Taste of Homeland", is expected to be held from April 28-30 at Cua Viet tourist service area, Cua Viet town, Gio Linh district, Quang Tri province.

Director General of Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism Nguyen Trung Khanh said the festival is a significant event of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to honor Vietnamese cuisine in a series of stimulus activities serving the reopening of tourism activities under the new normal conditions.
According to the Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, Hoang Nam, it is an honor for the province to organize a national cultural, tourism and culinary festival, so the province will mobilize all resources to make the festival a success.
The province will promptly direct departments related to security and order, fire prevention, food safety and hygiene to ensure a beautiful environment and smooth traffic during the festival days.
At the same time, Quang Tri wishes to receive the attention and support of relevant ministries and agencies to make the festival successful.
With the participation of about 80 food stalls from three regions of Viet Nam, the festival will offer visitors a change to experience quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine performed by top chefs amd Sunset Chill music program among others.
As an organizer of Viet Nam Culture - Food Festival 2023, the Rector of Ha Noi Tourism College, Trinh Cao Khai, said the College has been preparing the festival program, coordinating with other event organizers and sponsors, and also had a written invitation to the participants.
The school will continue to work closely with related parties soon to complete the content and preparation for the festival, ensuring the set schedule./.
