At the ministry's regular press briefing held on Thursday, Pham said: "We hope that all parties will exercise restraint, avoid escalating tensions, and persist in holding dialogue, taking into account each other's interests as well as the common interests of the region and the international community and contribute to maintaining peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula, in the region, and the world as well"./.
