The Vietnamese Party and State treasure the special traditional friendship relations with Belarus, Tran asserted, adding that education and training plays a crucial role in bilateral cooperation.

Tran expressed his hope that the Belarusian Prime Minister's upcoming visit to Viet Nam would lift up the bilateral ties, particularly in fields of economy, culture, environment, climate change adaption, security and defense.

He said a new agreement on education cooperation between Viet Nam and Belarus, which is scheduled to be signed in the future, would contribute to promoting the comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.

There remains an ample room for both sides to boost collaboration in education and training, Andrei I.Ivanets noted, adding that 40 cooperation agreements between the two nations' universities have been inked so far./.
