Nguyen, born in 1978 in the Southern province of Vinh Long Province, holds a Bachelor's degree in English, Master's degree in English language teaching methodology, and PhD in educational management at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.
She is a deputy of the National Assembly for the 2021-2026 tenure./.
