Third working day of Party Central Committee's 4th plenum
VGP – The third working day of the fourth plenary meeting of the 12th Party Central Committee was held on October 11.

Politburo member and PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on behalf of the Politburo chaired the session.
In the afternoon, the committee worked in groups to discuss the plan on guidelines and policies on renewing growth model, improving the quality of growth and increasing the competitiveness of the economy.
