Third working day of Party Central Committee's 4th plenum

Members of the Party Central Committee discussed socio-economic performance in 2016 and socio-economic development plan for 2017, the implementation of the State budget in 2016 and State budget forecast in 2017 in the morning.

Politburo member and PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on behalf of the Politburo chaired the session.

In the afternoon, the committee worked in groups to discuss the plan on guidelines and policies on renewing growth model, improving the quality of growth and increasing the competitiveness of the economy.
