According to the list, Noi Bai ranked 76th, up 17 places compared to last year, while Da Nang stood at the 84th position, up 10 places.

This marked the seventh time that Noi Bai airport has made it in Skytrax's list, from 2016 to 2020, in 2024 and in 2025.

Noi Bai International Airport welcomed over 30 million passengers in 2024. It also recorded strong growth in international travelers in the first quarter of 2025, with the launch of several new international routes connecting Noi Bai with destinations around the world.

Meanwhile, last year, Da Nang International Airport ensured security and safety for over 81,000 takeoff and landing flights, serving more than 13.4 million passengers—including 6.2 million international and 7.2 million domestic travelers—as well as handling over 34,000 tons of cargo.

The World Airport Awards initially began in1999 when Skytrax launched its first global airport customer satisfaction survey. It is generally regarded as a quality benchmark for the world airport industry, assessing customer service and facilities across over 500 airports./.
