Pham said, Viet Nam welcomes the recent ruling of the Seoul Court of Appeals, a decision that reflects historical truth and contributes to realizing the spirit of "putting the past behind and looking towards the future."

With this perspective, Viet Nam hopes to further develop the comprehensive strategic partnership with South Korea, taking practical actions to address the consequences of the war, thereby strengthening and enhancing the friendship and cooperation between the two countries and their peoples, noted the diplomat./.
