Pham had separate meetings with President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, President of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro, and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
During these meetings, Prime Minister Pham conveyed the greetings from General Secretary To Lam and President Luong Cuong to the aforesaid leaders and discussed with them about major orientations and measures to boost cooperation with these countries at both bilateral and multilateral aspects.
Leaders of these countries extended congratulations to Viet Nam's newly-elected President Luong Cuong, expressing their impressions on the Southeast Asian nation's socio-economic development achievements.

Prime Minister Pham and President of the Republic of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso agreed to organize events to mark the 60th founding anniversary of the Viet Nam-Congo diplomatic relations (1964-2024) and work together to explore cooperation opportunities in potential areas, especially agriculture.
