Party, State leaders pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh ahead of Lunar New Year

VGP - A high-ranking delegation of the Party, the State, and Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) on February 13 paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival 2026.

The delegation included General Secretary To Lam, State President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the National Assemby Tran Thanh Man, Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and President of the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) Bui Thi Minh Hoai.   

The delegation expressed their profound gratitude towards President Ho Chi Minh who had devoted his whole life to the nation's revolutionary cause.

The delegation then laid a wreath in tribute to fallen combatants at the Heroic Martyrs' Monument on Bac Son street.

On the same morning, delegations from the Central Military Commission, the Central Public Security Party Committee, as well as the Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee of Ha Noi also paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and laid flowers at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs./.
