“In this modest room, by the light of a small lamp, President Ho Chi Minh poured his intellect, dedication, and unwavering belief in the nation's future into writing the immortal words that affirmed before the world the sacred right to independence and freedom of the Vietnamese people,” he wrote.
He affirmed that the entire Party, army, and people remain committed to preserving and advancing the achievements of the Revolution, working together to build a prosperous and strong Viet Nam — a country that stands proudly alongside friends across the globe, as President Ho Chi Minh envisioned.
