Prime Minister receives Belarusian Minister of Internal Affairs
VGP - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Wednesday hosted a reception for Belarusian Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Vladimirovich Kubrakov who is on a working visit to Viet Nam.

The host leader said Viet Nam treasures Belarus’s support for its past struggle for independence and national reunification, and current course of national construction and protection.
Belarus has created favorable conditions for Vietnamese expatriates to integrate into its society and offered Viet Nam medical equipment and supplies to help contain the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Prime Minister suggested the two sides beef up economic and trade ties, enable investment expansion in fields of strength, especially agriculture, and promote crime and natural disaster prevention, education and training.
In reply, Minister Kubrakov briefed his host on the outcomes of his recent talks with Minister of Public Security To Lam in which the two sides reached important security-related agreements and action plans between the two ministries and the countries’ localities in terms of professional training./.
