The Prime Minister reiterated that Viet Nam always attaches importance and expects to develop traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership with Russia.

He suggested that the Russian business giant pour more investment in Viet Nam, calling on businesses from both sides to strengthen cooperation, thereby contributing to the realization of agreements reached by their senior leaders.

The Government supports enterprises of the two countries in fostering stronger ties in areas where Russia has strengths and Viet Nam has strong demand, such as database development and connectivity, information technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, pharmaceuticals, nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, telecommunications, and the development of the crypto-asset market in Viet Nam.

Pham underscored the need to speed up the implementation of projects on the exploitation of underground space and outer space, including the development of metro systems in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as tourism cooperation.

Viet Nam is preparing to carry out a national one-stop investment mechanism, shared the host, adding that he has requested relevant Vietnamese ministries and agencies to support the Russian company in organizing trade and investment promotion activities in the country.

Yevtushenkov, for his part, said that AFK Sistema is the largest private conglomerate in Russia, with 300,000 employees.

He affirmed that the company's strategy is to step up the establishment of partnerships and investments with countries in the Asia–Pacific region, in which Viet Nam has always been a trusted destination and partner.

Yevtushenkov highly valued the potential for cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises, affirming his company's readiness to transfer technology and provide training for Vietnamese human resources.

AFK Sistema, established in 1993 in Moscow, invests in such fields as telecommunications, digital services, high technology, e-commerce, healthcare, the timber industry and wooden house construction, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality services./.
