Prime Minister appoints new Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment
VGP - Prime Minister Le Minh Hung has appointed Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Thi Loan
Nguyen Thi Loan, 51, is a native of Dinh Hoa Commune, Thai Nguyen Province. She holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics and an engineering degree in land management.
Throughout her career, she has held various positions in the provincial administration, including Deputy Director of the Land Use Rights Registration Office, Director of the Land Registration Office and Deputy Director of the Thai Nguyen Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
She later served as Chairwoman of the Phu Binh District People's Committee and Secretary of the Phu Binh District Party Committee.
In March 2025, she was elected Vice Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee.
In April 2026, she was elected to the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure.
Minister Trinh Viet Hung currently heads the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. He is assisted by Nguyen Hoang Hiep, Nguyen Quoc Tri, Vo Van Hung, Dang Ngoc Diep, Le Trong Yen and Nguyen Thi Loan as Deputy Ministers./.
