Nguyen Duy Ngoc becomes new Secretary of Ha Noi Party Committee

The Ha Noi Party Committee on November 4 held a ceremony to announce the Politburo's personnel decision.
At the ceremony, General Secretary To Lam handed over the Politburo's decision to assign Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc as new Secretary of Ha Noi Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.
Nguyen Duy Ngoc, a Politburo member and Secretary of the Party Central Committee, was born in 1964 in the northern province of Hung Yen.
Nguyen was former Deputy Minister of Public Security and Chief of the Party Central Office.
The same day, former Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai has been assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations for the 2020–2025 term./.
