Fire claims 11 lives in Ha Noi karaoke bar, suspect arrested

A man suspected of starting the blaze has been arrested. He has confessed to igniting the blaze following an argument with staff.
Rescue teams managed to save seven people from the inferno, with two currently hospitalized and receiving medical care. The incident remains under investigation as police continues to gather more details.
Secretary of Ha Noi's Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai arrived at the scene to direct relevant departments and agencies to quickly address the aftermath of the fire./.
