Draft Party Congress documents released for public feedback
VGP - The 13th Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee released draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, inviting public feedback via the VNeID electronic identification application and media channels.

The Party Central Committee’s Commissions for Information and Education and for Mass Mobilization, in coordination with relevant agencies, held an international press conference to announce the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress for public feedback on October 15 in Ha Noi.
Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Viet Nam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations will organize the collection of opinions and feedback from cadres, Party members, people from all walks of life, and overseas Vietnamese through conferences, seminars, and discussions; record opinions and feedback via the VNeID application; and receive contributions through press agencies.
All opinions and feedback will be fully, accurately, and objectively compiled to serve as a basis for finalizing the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The public consultation period will take place from October 15 to November 15, 2025.
Regarding the methods of collecting opinions, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Lai Xuan Mon said that there will be three main channels including (1) organizing conferences, seminars, and discussions; (2) the VNeID application; and (3) by mail.
The Draft Party Congress documents include:
- The Draft Political Report.
- The Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented innovation in Viet Nam over the past 40 years.
- The Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter.
