Criminal cases related to social order in 2025 decrease by 12.18%
VGP - The number of criminal cases related to social order decreased by 12.18 percent, including a significant drop in dangerous types of crime compared to the same period in 2024.

Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang presented a report on crime prevention and law-violation control in 2025 at the on-going session of the National Assembly that took place in Ha Noi on December 9.
According to the report, the rate of investigation and handling reached 81.32 percent.
In addition, the number of criminal cases related to economic management decreased by 28.97 percent while cases involving corruption and abuse of position fell by 17.57 percent.
The number of crimes related to the environment, natural resources, and food safety decreased by 48.17 percent.
The Minister also noted that the number of criminal cases in the fields of information technology and telecommunications dropped by 11.53 percent. Drug-related criminal cases also dropped by 18.29 percent./.
