Cabinet discusses on law making

Present at the meeting included Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, and several Cabinet members.  

Specifically, the meeting discussed the following documents:

(i) a draft resolution of the National Assembly on pilot mechanisms and policies to extricate difficulties and obstacles in transport construction projects;

(ii) some new policy proposals regarding the management of entry, exit, transit and residence of foreigners in Viet Nam; 

(3) draft law amending and supplementing the Law on Citizenship Identity; 

(4) draft law amending and supplementing the Law on Credit Institutions; 

(5) a proposal on building a law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Exit and Entry of Vietnamese citizens and the Law on Exit, Entry, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Viet Nam. 

Addressing the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Pham underlined the importance of creating an open legal corridor that is suitable to the country's conditions and circumstances./.
