2022 Horasis India Meeting invites new linkages
VGP - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam reiterated Viet Nam‘s consistent stance of considering the foreign-invested sector as an important organic component of the national economy when addressing the Horasis India Economic Cooperation Forum 2022 held in Binh Duong province on September 26.
He stressed that stance would help the country to realize the aspiration of a mighty Viet Nam, becoming a developed and high-income country by 2045.
"The success of investors is also the success of Viet Nam. It contributes to promoting multilateralism and international solidarity for a world of peace, stability, cooperation and development, in which no one is left behind," he noted.
The leader affirmed Viet Nam continues an ideal market for foreign investors, which is supported by trade relations with more than 230 markets and free trade agreements inked with 60 trading partners.
The Horasis India Economic Cooperation Forum 2022 is a practical event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and India (1972-2022).
On the sidelines of the forum Becamex IDC Corporation and the Confederation of Indian Industry signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation to establish and develop trade links focusing on information technology, healthcare economics, and electronics./.
