It was followed by Cao Bang with 34 dead and 18 missing, Yen Bai with 40 dead and four missing, Quang Ninh with 15 dead, Hai Phong with 3 dead, Hai Duong with one dead, Hai Noi with one dead, Hoa Binh with five dead, Lang Son with three dead, Bac Giang with two dead and Tuyen Quang with three dead.

Ha Giang announced one death and one missing, Lai Chau with one death, Vinh Phuc with one dead and one missing, and Phu Tho with eight missing due to Phong Chau bridge collapse and two dead.

The north of the country is now battling serious flooding, with several communities partially underwater./.
