WCO helps improve customs’ services in VN

VGP - The General Department of Viet Nam Customs has cooperated with the World Customs Organization (WCO) to establish a plan to improve the quality of customers’ services with the aim of creating a transparent and favorable customs environment.

The plan heads to improve and increase the quality of customs agencies' service aimed at people and businesses.

Customs agencies will evaluate the implementation of commitments to serving for customers, launching online public administrative services, completing and expanding activities supporting customers and establishing a database to address arising issues.

The General Department of Viet Nam Customs will inspect the process, carry out surveys on the commitments of customs agencies and realize measures to improve services for customers.
