VN wins contract to deliver 90,000 tons of rice to Iraq
VGP – Việt Nam lately won a contract for exporting 90,000 tons of high-quality rice to Iraq’s market, said the Việt Nam Northern Food Corporation (VINAFOOD 1) on Monday in Hà Nội.

VINAFOOD 1 early negotiated and positively took part in bids in 2009.
Thanks to its high business prestige and good rice, VINAFOOD 1 won a contract for exporting 60,000 tons of rice to Iraq in October 2009.
It continued to acquire a new 90,000-ton contract on February 28.
As scheduled, by May 2010, Việt Nam will have exported 150,000 tons of rice to the Middle East market.
