It is regarded as a foundation for the two Governments to facilitate their enterprises to launch circular economy development projects in some specific areas such as waste treatment in textile, plastic, thermal, agriculture and food.
They also referred to measures to accelerate cooperation in offshore wind energy, agreeing that the Netherlands will share experiences and enhance technology transfer in planning and policy making, development of auxiliary industry and getting access to capital resources to develop renewable energy in Viet Nam.
During the talks between the Vietnamese Deputy Minister and Dutch Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Peter Potman, the two sides supposed that the trade relations between the two nations will be further promoted, especially after the EU-Viet Nam Free Trade Agreement and the Investment Protection Agreement will be officially signed.
Within the framework of the visit, Vuong co-chaired two seminars on enhancement of cooperation in circular economy and offshore wind energy on September 16.
