Accordingly, VINALINES and VNSTEEL agreed to build and operate the Thị Vải International Port in southern Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Province. They would also join hands in building specialize steel ports, establishing joint-stock companies, and operating the fleet to transport ores and products of VNSTEEL and its subsidiaries.

The two corporations will pay attention to the construction of industrial parks, urban quarters, real estate, financial and banking services, and labor export.

VINALINES pledged to use steel of VNSTEEL in repairing and building ships, constructing harbors and service facilities. And VNSTEEL, in its turn, will exploit the partner’s fleets and ports in transporting materials and products.
