According to the prestigious business magazine Forbes, Tran Tuan Minh (Brian Minh Tran) is cofounder and chair of UpYouth, a non-profit organization focused on supporting student entrepreneurs in Viet Nam.

Founded in 2020, UpYouth hosts workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs with guest speakers from well-established startups and companies like Vingroup, Viet Nam's largest company by market capitalization, and Vietnamese startup Sky Mavis, developer of blockchain-based video game Axie Infinity.

UpYouth says more than 30,000 students have benefited from its workshops. UpYouth also runs an incubator, which the organization says has helped 30 student startups raise a combined US$3.5 million.

UpYouth's board of trustees includes well-known names in the Vietnamese startup ecosystem like Ansible Ventures founder Valerie Vu (2023 listee).

Outside of UpYouth, Tran is an assistant to the global deputy CEO at VinFast, the car unit of Vingroup.

On May 15, Forbes announced the ninth edition of its "30 Under 30 Asia" list, featuring 300 young entrepreneurs, leaders and trailblazers across the Asia-Pacific region, all under the age of 30, who are leading the transformation of industries and finding innovative ways to navigate new business realities in the region./.
