Vietnamese leaders congratulate new Filipino President
VGP – State President Nguyễn Minh Triết and PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on June 30 separately sent messages of greetings to Mr. Benigno S. Aquino who was sworn in as the 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines.
