The Vietnamese Deputy PM stressed that the Forum will bring about many good chances for Vietnamese and Bahrain businesses to survey their respective markets and abilities to boost trade relations in the spirit of mutual benefit.

The two Governments had agreed to facilitate economic and trade cooperation, especially in Việt Nam’s advantaged fields such as exporting agro- and marine products, wooden furniture, garments and apparels, footwear, electronic spare parts, ceramics, building materials, and labor export. Việt Nam will increase exporting from Bahrain metals, petroleum, fertilizers and chemicals.

To deepen trade relationship, Deputy PM Hùng suggested the two sides increase the exchange of business delegations; take part in annual international expos held in the two capitals; and exchange information.

In the afternoon of the day, Deputy PM Hùng had a working session with the Bahrain Economic Development Committee before wrapping up his Middle East tour.
