Viet Nam, Russia sign cooperation deals in Moscow

The cooperation documents include:
(1) Memorandum of Cooperation (MoU) between the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice and the Russian Ministry of Justice on digital transformation of judicial agencies;
(2) MoU between the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development on enhancing investment cooperation between the two countries;
(3) MoU between the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction and the Russian Ministry of Transport on strengthening cooperation in vocational education and human resources training in transport sector;
(4) MoU between the Vietnamese Ministry of Ethnic and Religious Affairs and the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs of the Russian Federation;
(5) MoU between the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) on promoting investment cooperation between the two countries;
(6) Investment Registration Certificate between Viet Nam National Industry-Energy Group (Petrovietnam) and the Zarubezhneft Asia, VSP and PVEP contractor consortium;
(7) Agreement between the Viet Nam Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety under the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Russian Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service on cooperation in radiation and nuclear safety management in peaceful use of nuclear energy;
(8) Cooperation Agreement between the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology and the Moscow Power Engineering Institute;
(9) MoU between Viet Nam National University-Ho Chi Minh City and Saint Petersburg State University;
(10) Roadmap for strategic technology cooperation between the Viet Nam Academy of Science and Technology and AFK Sistema;
(11) Petrovietnam-Rosatom Additive Technologies deal on establishing an additive technology center and transferring 3D printing ink production;
(12) Framework agreement between Petrovietnam and Zarubezhneft to study investing in a strategic crude oil reserve system in Viet Nam;
(13) Investment cooperation agreement between the Petrovietnam Exploration Production Corporation and Zarubezhneft Asia.
(14) MoU between Bien Dong Mineral Co. Ltd of Viet Nam and Morion LLC of Russia on cooperation in geological research, surveying, assessment and exploration of mineral resources in Viet Nam's maritime zones./.
