Viet Nam, RoK to convene Deputy PM economic dialogue next year

VGP – Viet Nam and the Republic of Korea agreed to convene Deputy Prime Ministers’ dialogue on economic cooperation in Ha Noi next June.

The agreement was reached at the meeting between Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai and Korean counterpart in Seoul, the Republic of Korea on December 14.

The dialogue was initiated by Korean President Moon Jae-in during his official visit to Viet Nam in March 2018.

The first dialogue was co-chaired by Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue, who is now Chairman of the National Assembly, and Korean Deputy Prime Minister Hong Nam-ki in Seoul on June 21, 2019./.
