The three gold medals went to two high-school students of the Ha Noi National University and a high-school student of Pham Boi Chau School for the Gifted in Nghe An province.

The four silver medals were bagged by 12th graders of high schools for the gifted in Ha Noi, and Quang Ninh and Binh Phuoc provinces.
