Viet Nam, China sign cooperation agreements in Beijing
VGP - General Secretary and President of Viet Nam To Lam and General Secretary and President of China witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation between the two countries in Beijing, April 15.
These agreements include:
1. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation within the framework of the Global Security Initiative between the Governments of Viet Nam and China.
2. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between Ha Noi Capital of Viet Nam and Beijing City of China for the 2026-2030 period.
3. The Protocol on the establishment, management, and operation of a ministerial-level hotline between the Ministry of Public Security of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Public Security of China.
4. The Cooperation Plan between the Communist Party of Viet Nam and the Communist Party of China for the 2026-2030.
5. The Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam and the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee.
6. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Central Organization Commission of Viet Nam and the Central Organization Commission of China.
7. The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Construction of Viet Nam and the National Development and Reform Commission of China on implementation of railway training cooperation to enhance capacity for Vietnamese railway workforce.
8. The Memorandum of Understanding on vocational education between the Ministry of Education and Training of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Education of China.
9. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in information technology and digital transformation between the Ministry of Science and Technology of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China.
10. The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Justice of China in strengthening partnership in resolving civil and commercial disputes among border residents.
11. The certificate for handover of project documents supporting the preparation of a feasibility study for the Lao Cai-Ha Noi-Hai Phong railway line between the Ministry of Construction of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Commerce of China.
12. The Agreement on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters between the Governments of Viet Nam and China.
13. The Memorandum of Understanding on establishment of a working group on production chain and supply chain cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam and the Ministry of Commerce of China.
14. The Protocol on phytosanitary requirements for the exports of pomelo and lemon between the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Viet Nam and the General Administration of Customs of China.
15. The Agreement on strengthening cultural and artistic cooperation for the 2026-2027 period between the Viet Nam Television and China Central Television.
16. The official letter on a project to build a new campus (first phase) of the Viet Nam Academy of Traditional Medicine using non-refundable aid from the Chinese Government, between the Ministry of Health of Viet Nam and the International Development Cooperation Agency of China./.
