Mr. Don Tuan Phong was born on July 27, 1970 in Quoc Oai commune, Ha Noi City.
Don holds professional qualifications: Doctor of Economics, Master of Development Planning, Bachelor of English. He is a deputy of the National Assembly (14th, 15th, and 16th tenures).
The Government Office is a ministerial-level agency that serves the Government leaders. The Office is headed by Minister–Chairman Dang Xuan Phong, who is a member of the Government. Other Vice Chairpersons are Ms. Mai Thu Van, Mr. Do Ngoc Huynh, and Pham Manh Cuong./.
